I am honored to accept a limited number of private commissions each year. These pieces are a partnership—a way to translate your personal story or the spirit of a loved one into a lasting work of art.

Whether you are looking for a Classical Portrait from my foundation years or a Calligraphic Abstraction from the Adam Sun Series, I work closely with you to create a piece that resonates with your space and your intentions.

The Commission Process

  • The Vision: We begin with a consultation to discuss the emotional tone, color palette, and scale of the work.

  • The Style: You may choose between my Classical Foundation (realist portraiture) or my Modern Legacy style (inspired by the calligraphic brushwork of Adam Sun, Mark Tobey, and Jack Wise).

  • The Creation: Once the direction is set, I begin the layering process. For calligraphic works, this involves a meditative application of rhythmic linework that builds depth over time.

  • The Delivery: Your original work is delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity, detailing the materials used and the narrative inspiration behind the piece.

(CAD) Miniature Original Intimate, detailed works (5x7 to 8x10) $150 – $450 Mid-Size Canvas Perfect for personal spaces (16x20 to 24x36) $800 – $2,200 Gallery Statement Large-scale, immersive calligraphic abstractions $3,000 – $7,500+  
Digital Commission A custom digital painting or unique NFT asset $200 – $1,000 (0.05 – 0.25 ETH)
 

 

Note on Prints: Commissioned images can also be made available as Archival Giclée Prints.

  • Small (8x10): $45 – $75 | Large (24x36): $150 – $350

  • Limited Edition (Signed/Numbered) prints carry a 30–50% premium.

Legacy & Memorial Commissions

If you have a loved one you wish to honor, I can incorporate specific themes, colors, or "energy" into a calligraphic abstraction. These pieces serve as a map of a life and a spirit—a continuation of the work I do to honor my son, Adam.
